Partner With Us
Co-deliver programs, refer participants, or build a longer-term partnership across multiple cohorts. We work with employers, schools, community organizations, and fellow nonprofits.
- Co-design a program with your community in mind.
- Provide mentors, internships, or pathways into first roles.
- Refer participants from communities we'd like to reach more deeply.

Sponsor a Program
Underwrite an AI readiness, cybersecurity, cloud and DevOps, or youth mentorship cohort end-to-end. Sponsorship is grant-friendly: clear beneficiary criteria, defined deliverables, and reviewed outcome reporting at the close of each cycle.
- Named sponsorship of a specific cohort or program cycle.
- General operating support for the foundation's work overall.
- In-kind sponsorship: training credits, cloud credits, venue, or hardware.
For sponsorship inquiries, write to engage@sparknucleus.org with a short note describing your organization and the kind of program you'd like to support.

Volunteer as a Mentor
The Black Youth Tech Mentorship Network and our skills accelerators both run on volunteer engineering time. If you've done the work and can give a few hours a month to a youth or early-career engineer who needs guidance, we'd love to hear from you.
- One-on-one mentorship: six-month engagements with a single mentee.
- Cohort office hours: drop-in sessions for accelerator participants.
- Workshop instructors and guest speakers for community sessions.
Email engage@sparknucleus.org with a short note about your background and the kind of mentorship you'd like to offer.
